One of the toughest parts of leadership is facing the heartbreaks no one really talks about—the moments that leave you wondering if all the effort is worth it.

πͺ When a job candidate you were excited about doesn't show up. You put in the time, the energy, and now... nothing. You’re left scrambling to fill the role.
π When an employee you bent over backwards for walks away. After countless hours of mentoring, supporting, and going the extra mile, they hand in their resignation. It feels personal.
