Too often we share our values with staff, give them an enthusiastic welcome, and then give them our Handbooks- which look more like a "police manual."

Meaning they don't carry on the vision, they don't excite team members and they don't communicate the vision. They come across as a "Don't do this..." or a "Do this and you'll get fired..." book.

During this training, we will review handbooks and give critiques on how to make them more engaging and effective.
